Yorkshire Bank awarded for mortgage services
Yorkshire Bank has been awarded for its mortgage services by advice magazine Your Mortgage.
The bank was named Best Regional Mortgage Lender by the publication and was also commended for its offset mortgage products, which allow customers to reduce their interest payments and clear their home loans sooner.
Clydesdale, Yorkshire Bank's sister business, was also named Best Mortgage Lender in Scotland for the fourth year running.
Speaking about Yorkshire Bank's win, Your Mortgage editor Pauline McCallion said: "The mortgage market is constantly changing, no more so than in the past five years.
"Yorkshire Bank has demonstrated to our judges that it has not only acknowledged but also been at the forefront of these changes, particularly in the development of flexible mortgages."
Established in 1859, the bank has 190 retail branches in the north of England and the Midlands and offers a range of mortgage and savings products.
Yorkshire Bank was also voted the UK's Best Business Bank by the Forum of Private Business last year.
